Congratulations to David Hannah on winning the September medal with a nett 77. Andy McGillivray was the winner in division 2 with a nett 74.
You may have seen an email from me regarding my Annual Equipment Survey. This is a short series of questions asking you about your golf equipment, and will help me work out my customers wants and needs for the forthcoming seasons, and is crucial as it will allow me to stock the right products for you, my customer!
It should only take 3-4 minutes, but should help make a real difference.

Can I please take this opportunity to remind you all of the Member's AGM at Bletchingley Golf Club on Tuesday, 16 September.
Refreshments and nibbles will be served from 7pm and the meeting will commence at 7.30pm. This year we are holding a pre AGM 9 Hole Golf Competition (sign up on line - there are still a few opportunities to join in this.)
Also we will be presenting the Trophies and mementoes to the winners so far this year at the end of the AGM. It would be nice to have as many members there as possible.
Our Agenda is as follows, and if you'd like to see last years minutes they are either on the notice board at the club or available on the members website.

Fed Ex Cup, Who will Win?
Chris Kirk - FedEx Cup standing: 1
Odds to win FedEx Cup: 30-1
Playoff performance: The Barclays: T53; Deutsche Bank Championship: 1; BMW Championship: T36
The lowdown
After winning last week's Deutsche Bank Championship, Chris Kirk was due for a letdown in Colorado. His win came out of the blue: Kirk missed the cut and finished tied for 53rd prior to winning in Boston, and he's had just four top-10s this year. Although he's presently first in the FedEx Cup standings, he's never competed in a Tour Championship in his career. Don't expect him to win in Atlanta lacking that experience.
Billy Horschel - FedEx Cup standing: 2
Odds to win FedEx Cup: 12-1
Playoff performance: The Barclays: CUT; Deutsche Bank Championship: T2; BMW Championship: 1
The lowdown
Billy Horschel rebounded from his final-hole faux pas at the Deutsche Bank Championship with four solid rounds of golf at Cherry Hills. The win vaulted him into second place in the FedEx Cup standings. Suddenly, Horschel is the hottest player in golf. More good news for Horschel fans: Billy finished tied for seventh at the Tour Championship last year. Thus, he's returning to a course he's played well with his game in fine form.
Bubba Watson - FedEx Cup standing: 3
Odds to win FedEx Cup: 12-1
Playoff performance: The Barclays: T30; Deutsche Bank Championship: T29; BMW Championship: 2
The lowdown
Somehow, Bubba Watson is third in the FedEx Cup standings. Two decent performances in the first two playoff events and a near-win in the third, and the ordinary Floridian is poised to raise the FedEx Cup. Watson tied for fifth at the Tour Championship in 2012. He hit 75 percent of greens in regulation for the week at the BMW Championship and led the field in strokes gained: tee to green. Bubba's heating up at just the right time and could be poised to overpower East Lake.
Rory McIlroy - FedEx Cup standing: 4
Odds to win FedEx Cup: 10-1
Playoff performance: The Barclays: T22; Deutsche Bank Championship: T5; BMW Championship: T8
The lowdown
Rory McIlroy's weekend was marred by a pair of four-putts (see one above). While he's clearly slowed from the torrid pace that saw him win the final two majors of the season, McIlroy returns to a venue where he had success in 2012. The last time the Ulsterman teed it up in a Tour Championship, he finished tied for 10th. A final-round 74 kept his finish at East Lake that year from being much better. Translation: Rory can play East Lake
